Citizens, local businesses, councillors, young people & cultural leaders were invited to take part in workshops to start to shape a placemaking strategy for Nailsea.

We kicked off the first workshop with a short walking tour of the town centre taking us through Millennium Park.

In small groups, stakeholders discussed what makes Nailsea special & what the challenges & priorities are to change. Questions included “which places in Nailsea could be animated with a new activity?” to “who might a Nailsea Citizen in 2038 be?”
