Citizens, local businesses, councillors, young people & cultural leaders were invited to take part in workshops to start to shape a placemaking strategy for Clevedon.

 We kicked off the first workshop with a short walk around the town, beginning at Clevedon Pier and settling at The Barn to start the conversations.

In small groups, stakeholders discussed what makes Clevedon special & what the challenges & priorities are to change. Questions included “which places in Clevedon could be animated with a new activity?” to “who might a Clevedon Citizen in 2038 be?”
